Judging how everyone pretends to be nice when you first get hired, I can say that jobs especially fast food seem to be meant for misery. Some people remain nice, but the majority of the people turn against you. The boss is taking the side of this rude petty manager AND I NEVER TOLD THEM MORE HOURS! I said more days, now I’m just looking for another job. I don’t know what’s wrong with employers in california. Women seem to be the worse to work with, but I don’t know because if I worked with guys either they would harass me and try flirting with me. Like one guy who tried to lead me on when he had a gf and then gossips about the conversation and tells everyone at the job about me. He also tried to get me fired with the other manager who also tried flirting with me. Then the guy at this restaurant got angry because I wouldn’t give him “full attention.” Because of the fact that he is lonely he gives the excuse to throw items at me because I’m not paying full attention to him. He said I blew him off with talking. It’s ridiculous I am very shy so of course I don’t maintain long eye contact. I don’t know does even the universe have the answer? Am I not meant to work. I know I have talent in other things, but it’s not easy trying to become a content creator and Hollywood is impossible to get in and is kinda corrupt. It’s like jobs are purgatory or a place of punishment. You are meant to have fun when working or BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.
