I’m born in 2000 and been working since i was 18 so i’m not sure the process for applying to jobs back then was like but i’m sure it was way easier than now. I was applying to this job and they liked my resume and decided to send me a 45 min questionnaire plus, a questionnaire that required me to be on camera , then asked me for FIVE references before my interview (my interview is tomorrow and they sent this to me 2 days ago..) and each of them have to complete a 30 minute survey online. People are busy with things going on in their life and thankfully the 3 people have gotten back to me and did the survey. Then for my interview i need to do a Zoom meeting. This is annoying
