I hate how introverts are never taken seriously because we never talk or care about anything except the job

I'm 23F, neurodivergent and I barely talk. I'm also clumsy as hell and look like a dude. In my first two retail jobs I was the janitor at Wendy's and iHop or whatever they call it. I asked various times at Wendy's and iHop to be promoted because being a janitor is the hardest work IMO, especially when we are closing. I told them that I would talk more if I got promoted. We don't earn that much money and that's why we have our separate jobs. Tbh we are more a group of friends in a discord chat than a game studio, I'm the one who earns the less because I pay my friends for what they do. In this game studio, I'm the director and I talk like hell. I have been praised by my friend who's the marketer because I helped him in knowing more about the industry. This is why you shouldn't judge introverts because we can be good leaders when we are given the opportunity
