I’ve been working since I was old enough to work, I’m 30 now and still live at home with my parents.
I moved out once but came back home as I was priced out of the state I moved to. Housing has continued to slowly price me out. Every time I moved on from a company for more money, rent and cost of living goes up; so the pay increase still doesn’t let me live on my own. So now here at sit at 30, wondering where the fuck I went wrong. I’ve done everything they told me to do, I got a better job with more pay, I’ve continued to do so every year when the raise is negligible for being there a year. I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do.
