I hate my job’s new points-based attendance policy, is there anything I can do?

So I work retail, and the store I work at recently had the general manager and HR manager promoted out of the store, and a new GM and HRM hired from a smaller store. I’d let my supervisors and previous hr manager know that I have chronic health issues that get really bad every month or two, rendering me bedridden for at least 1-3 days at a time. But I’m part-time, and they told me that unless my illnesses are classified as a disability(which I don’t know if they can be let alone how) they can’t do anything aside from give me less hours. Well that brings us to the new management, who decided to shake things up. A majority of our workers are high school aged, so you can imagine there’s been attendance issues now that school has started again, on top of kids being kids and calling out…

Well that brings us to the new management, who decided to shake things up. A majority of our workers are high school aged, so you can imagine there’s been attendance issues now that school has started again, on top of kids being kids and calling out to go live their lives.

Because of the attendance issues, management now uses a points system. You get one point for calling out on a weekday, two for calling out on a weekend, and .25 points for being late/leaving early. And, after two consecutive months of 3 points, they start writing you up and potentially firing you.

I’m livid, since this basically means I’m guaranteed to be fired soon since my health issues already make me miss 1-3 days a month. Is there anything I can do against this, or do I just accept that it’s a shit scenario and start job hunting?
