But I don’t hate my job. As most people who went to school for a degree centered around biological sciences, i chose what I chose due to my passion for understanding how life works. I worked my ass off and excelled in school, but it’s the job school landed me that’s slaughtering my passion. It’s the never ending staffing issues, the capitalism of healthcare, the wage differences between the higher ups and the real heart and soul of the industry, no incentives, no voice that makes me want to jump ship and restart my entire plan ,professionally speaking.
