I have 2 days to make a decision. Do I take the job or wait?

So I've been working as In a admin role for the past 8 months (straight after I graduated). I want to get into a accounting role and build my career in that field since its my degree as well. I got a job offer in a established company for £26,000. However the workplace is an hour commute and is known for a toxic work environment. I checked the employee reviews online.

But it is an accounting role and I just need the startup experience and if the workplace is that bad I will just leave after the probation period.

My current work offers me £24,000 and Is half an hr commute. However as it is admin role, the experience doesn't have any value to me. The workplace is great and ppl are very nice. Also I told my manager at the start of the Contract that I would still be looking for an accounting role.

Today the finance manager has a meeting with me and sort of says ' we have been talking about you and there will be some accounts positions for the upcoming financial year'.

Ps. Iam a bit behind on the admin work so iam worried also worried I might be chasing a stick attached to my tail.

What do I do? Do I accept the new job offer or not?
