“I have a job interview after work”

So, I don't, but hear me out. If you have multiple people at your job that you know are unhappy and won't run to management about the plan, organize a “dress nice for work day” where everyone dresses nicer than usual(within current guidelines so they can't come back on anyone) and when any manager/leader/etc asks everyone they ask says “I have a job interview after work.” Or, “I had a job interview before my shift and didn't have time to change.” Look for job fairs or companies with walk in interviews happening in your area and plan it for days those are happening. Make them sweat and think for a moment about what all of those people mean to their company
