I have a mild anxiety attack every mon-thurs between 3pm and 5pm

I've been on over time on and off for almost a year now. So instead of working 6:30-3 we are working 6:30-5. A couple of months into the over time people were complaining that they had to use vacation time just to be able to make it to places that closed at 5 so they said we can do normal shifts on Fridays. (Over 50 people signed a petition for this to happen) Mon-thurs as soon as 3 o'clock hits my brain goes in panic mode. I'm so sick and tired of the over time and during those 2 extra hours tacked onto my day I'm shaking and my mind is going a mile a minute because I would rather be anywhere than at work.
