I have a question and don’t know how to ask it.

I guess the ultimate question is “should I be getting more?” Context: I sit in front of a CNC laser machine all day doing what I feel is very easy, specialized work, very efficiently, and make $18 an hour for it (I've reliably gotten a dollar raise every year for the last five). I get 10 days PTO a year and have a 401k the company matches 3% of my income on even if I don't put in the 3%. And I'm… mostly comfortable. Content even. But am I settling for what I could get, or should I be pushing for more? Does that make sense? I don't even know if the question belongs here, but it seemed like the place to start especially now.
