My issues reside with the leadership at the retail store I work at. I don’t like some of them, and for actual valid reasons.
I love my other coworkers and they’re amazing. I love going to work. Pay is alright I guess idk? (10.50 + commission), but god my manager and one of the key holders are absolutely awful to even be around. I get so triggered even hearing their name.
My manager plays favorites, is hypocritical, she’s really antagonistic towards me without making it too obvious to other coworkers, and is overall terrible to be around.
I was thinking maybe I could wait out until the end of the year to see if things might get better, but I don’t know.
