I'm a middle manager, and I work for a decent sized company. I often tell my employees about this sub and encourage them all to join it. I do everything to be the kind of management my team deserves. I also hate my corporate overlords with a burning passion as I watch them wreck the company I've worked really hard to help keep afloat, in an industry I am extremely passionate about.
To preface, they told me I was going to need to sign an NDA when our new CEO took over. But my direct report has repeatedly failed to give me anything to sign. So I haven't.
Now, I've started receiving phone calls and emails from vendors saying they've been trying to get a hold of our accounting department for months, and we are being sent to collections. My industry is very small, and we have a sub here on Reddit specific to our industry in our city specifically.
I hate my CEO as he's in way over his head (son-in-law of main investor), admits he knows absolutely nothing about our industry, and has made dozens of terrible decisions that have resulted in our company not being able to pay its bills.
So, do I post these voicemails and emails to our industry sub? I can make a throwaway so it's harder to trace back to me. But honestly, even if I lose my job over it, it looks like we're going to go under anyway if our vendors can't even get paid.
Advice on how to proceed?
