I have no feedback to give.

Went through a three stage interview process for a major promotion within my company (customer contact). It was a knowledge management position. Something that as a former curriculum lead at a school I know a little about and have been doing informally for my current department as when I arrived their was 0 educational or policy resources available. Well to cut a long story short it came down to 2 candidates including myself, just got off the phone with the COO who informed me that it came down to “a blind taste test” with a third party of my interview presentation alongside the other candidates. He had “no feedback to give” as he had been unable to decide who to promote. What am I supposed to do with that? Can’t really plan for the next interview or application with that can I?
