So I get a DM from some recruitment people on a monthly basis. It however almost always wastes my time because it turns out that the salary they offer isn't good enough for me to switch or sometimes lower than what I currently make. This has been irritating for me, so I crafted a novel solution just for this scenario. I have added a PS: If you wish to hire me, DM me with a salary offer above 120k . Hopefully this stops the spam.
