I have to be on a panel to interview one of my direct reports next week. I’m giving her all of my questions ahead of time, because I find this whole process to be absolutely ridiculous.

This woman is a superstar. I'm encouraging her to apply for a now vacant role that is a leadership role. My company still insists on at least 3 separate, 1 hour a piece interviews for something that she is more than qualified for. Everyone interviewing her already works with her, so this is one big gigantic waste of time. I had to go through this bullshit years ago, so I'll gladly send her my exact questions. I'll also be coaching her to prepare for the stupid questions that each of the other people like to ask in every interview. TLDR: Corporate culture is a colossal waste of time.
