My boss made me work after I called in sick and is now trying to say I spent that sick day

Back story, I have 10 days of sick leave (kind of, overtime can add more). I called in sick a couple months ago and was planning on sleeping all day. My boss called me maybe an hour later for help with a problem. I ended up working from home almost all day, stopping only to be literally sick and for an extended lunch/nap. I clocked in around 6 hours that day, pretty normal for the not-busy season. Last week, while reviewing Q1 hours, my boss tried to tell me I had used 3 sick days already that year. Turns out, even though I worked nearly the whole day, he was still trying to count that as a sick day. I tried to disagree with him, pointing out that he had me work anyway and hadn’t added any sick hours to that paycheck, but he’s still insisting it needs to go…

I tried to disagree with him, pointing out that he had me work anyway and hadn’t added any sick hours to that paycheck, but he’s still insisting it needs to go in my company record as a sick day.

I’m not even all that upset; this kind of stuff happens a lot. It’s just disappointing now
