So I have worked for this company for like 3 years now and everything seemed great at first until I started to get tired of my bosses unreasonable requests and tantrums.
This music producing company that I work for is actually pretty famous on YouTube and have their own platforms that is not too big and not too small, anyway they predict to be all love, compassion and comprehension until one of their hard working employees asks for basically a weekend due to mental (I had severe depression) and physical (and almost get an appendix surgery) problems.
What I hate about my boss is that he only pushes me when I'm not around because I either have vacations or I am just sick, he always in these three years pushed me a lot and hoped I fixed it all when he is the boss, from my point of view, seems like he can't do anything if I'm not there and when things go wrong he blames all of us for it instead of taking the responsibility of the things he did.
One example was today when we told him we didn't had the things he was suddenly asking for because that material was not for that day, it wasn't in our calendar either and he never told us that we had to have it that day, he got pretty pissed and told us that basically we did nothing all weekend.
But anyways what really pisses me off is that he has given my coworkers time to get better when they need it, even months and even when I had a coworker who was healthy but liked to travel a lot, he always gave her permission to miss the office, I only basically took 5 days maximum on this month (and asked if I could first) but he thinks I'm making it up, tomorrow I will get him the studies and all the other stuff because if he says that to me I will really want him to apologize to me (I only know this because my friend told me he was complaining about me with them, which he often does with other people as well, but if he does says something to me I'm gonna show him proof and make him apologize)
