So I work for a chain of grocery stores (rhymes with “by rent”) start of pandemic I was a shopper for the online service. Raise for whole company for full time… So far so good… End up having nervous breakdowns over the pandemic to the point they move me to receiving as the lead there… Raise was discussed before move, as after training and review… Ok… Come 2 months later I address it to the store manager… He said until I am “perfect in the role” no raise but also can only work 32 hours a week and if I want more I can add 1-2 hours at their approval to “clean or do more for the department” I'm rather done with the bull… Other managers are helping me by giving me an extra shift back in my old department… Any advise would be lovely and I'll try to update as I can…
