I just can’t to this anymore

I am only 27 and I am so burn out with life and working. I work 40 hours a week for monthly paychecks in which I cant even afford my own place on. I have no social life and I literally just go home and cry when Im done with work. How do people do this? I jist hate it and want to end it all
