So I am a Filipino living in the Philippines working remotely. My co-worker just told me today our salary is the same which is $368 per month (20,000 php). I absolutely got pissed because my co-workers who have 5 year experience at the sales industry and health insurance, they are earning the same amount as me and I am an entry level.
Management lied to me when I brought up during my interview I wanted a higher increase on my salary but they told me “We only offer higher salary to those who have previous work experiences on health insurance. Seeing that you have 0 experiencd on that field, this is what we can offer”
I accepted it and thought throughout the months my co-workers are earning more than me since they have experiences but I found out that we are all earning the same in spite they have been in the industry for years.
What's worse is that there is NO INCREASE on salary. Our quotas will increase but the salary won't.
This is utter BS
