A couple of weeks ago, I had a phone call with my boss and he said I’d be getting a raise because he wants me to stick around for a little longer (I already told him I’m planning on leaving soon). Just got my payed and noticed that my hourly rate stayed the same. I talked to him about it today and he said “oh I must’ve forgot to tell my accountant” and I asked if there’s anything that can be done and he said “nothing I can do, but it’ll be applied on the next payment period.”
Seriously? I’m pissed off. What can I do about this?
