i have been denied for an array of jobs in the last two months because i wont give them weekends. i can’t. i have a life, another job, and coursework to attend to. if you can’t work 9-5 m-f, don’t expect to find a job where you won’t be forced to work weekends. as soon as talent acquisition sees you’re unavailable weekends, it’s fuck you. i’m so sick of this.
