I just made a post venting about the company I just working for and now I’m curious, what was your moment when you decided “fuck this, these people don’t deserve me” and left?

I’m sure this has been posted before, likely many times, but I’d just love to hear some other examples of people realizing they’re not being respected as they deserved and had enough. Please vent it all out. I’m already in a “burn it all down” kind of mood and would love some more kindling to my fire
