I just quit my job and I feel really bad about it

I worked as a dishwasher at a popular restaurant in my town that required really heavy lifting and nonstop walking from 3pm to sometimes 2:30am. I'm pregnant in my 3rd trimester and I couldn't keep doing the heavy lifting as it isn't good for the baby and evertime I would work the long shifts my feet would swell up and hurt really bad. I could've put in my 2 weeks but physically and mentally I just couldn't do it anymore. My boss was really nice though and I just feel horrible about it. I feel like I fucked them over. I told him I was quitting and he tried to get me to work my last few shifts but I told him I couldn't, then he tried to guilt trip me into coming in anyway and wouldn't take no for an answer. Maybe I could've handled it differently but I really couldn't do it anymore
