That someone would give me a chance. I only have quick service management experience. Almost 20 years of quick service experience, mostly management, because no one seems to want to hire me outside of it. I've applied at other places, I've gotten interviewed at other places and lasted through 2 or 3 rounds, but as I don't have experience, they pick someone else. My current job is shit, even though is higher paid than most. I am 37 years old. I have some college, but could never afford to continue with my wage and with the economy, I didn't want massive debt. I have friends my age in the same boat, but with massive debt to boot. It sucks. I can't keep working for these horrible bosses who think the pennies they give us deserve praise. How do you break into any industry?
