So I work at a McDonald's. And I've been there 3 months. And I consistently work 3pm to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. When I ask for more or why they won't give me more hours, the say “it's because we aren't that busy”. And when another fellow teen joined. (I'm 16, she's 15) she works same 2 days, 6 hours more. (10 hours a week, I'm 4 hrs a week). So I don't buy that. (Also according to them, the minimum I can work per day is 2 hours.)
One of the reasons I stay for the moment is because it's super close to a bus station, and the school bus goes to that station. But I am kinda lost as to what I should do.
Can anyone help me?
