I work from home in a call center customer service job, today, I was told I needed to install a system called 'Thinscale', which to my and my coworkers understandings, Logs is into a new windows account where our bosses can overview what we're doing. I'm trying to find my entrance contact to see if a organ like this was mentioned, I don't think it was.
Here's the iffy part, every WFH agent is using our home computers. I personally am using an older laptop. Because these are our home personal computers, is what they're requiring legal?
