I love that capitalism created a market for finding employees. Now indeed, monster, Glassdoor, and all the others make employers pay for access to potential candidates. It has also given potential candidates a much clearer picture of the market for their skills. Capitalism created a market for a service that is eating away at capitalism’s power over people. I’m probably missing something, but it seems like a little poetic justice.
