A couple months ago I (F25) made a formal complaint about a woman who had been bullying me for a few months. (I wrote about this woman on here a few months ago).
There was an investigation and today I went to a meeting to get told the results of the investigation. I got told that the woman who had been bullying me denied everything. They didn’t look through CCTV, if they had they would have been able to see that she was bullying me. And that’s the case closed, they did say I can appeal it but I don’t see the point.
I feel so sad about it, it was so hard to complain about being bullied, it was really embarrassing to admit to being bullied as an adult, and it was all for nothing.
I got told I can’t work on the department I was working before because me and my bully can’t work together, I will have to go to a new department, I don’t want to go back to my old department but it seems the woman who bullied me is being treated better that me. They also said they can’t move me to another store.
I am supposed to start work again on Thursday, but I’m really anxious about going back.
