I just started a new job as a manager. At the interview i was told that the team is mature and self motivated, that the projects are going well and so on.
In reality after a few rounds of talking to my new employees I find out that none of them are happy and in the span of 2 months 30% of them already gave in their notice.
I was quite happy thinking that i will have an easy start but now i feel like I have been lied to and I might just give up on being a manager for good…
Is this just how life is?
