My friend Ami for the last decade has been living better than many millionaires.
She opened me up to a possibility business and employees could live in harmony.
She literally is jet setting the world taking ski trips, safaris, tropical excursions, and having so much fun.
Her employer is WELL ORGANIZED months in advance with shifts and schedules.
She is a physicians assistant in a community hospital. Now before discrediting this as “higher education benefits” it can/could work for many miserable work places.
So they would get “schedules” months in advance with only a requirement of 10-12 shifts. Her shifts are ten or 12 hours.
They are allowed to trade with coworkers, cover for each other, block out time, and get two week chunks OFF!
With organized time like this – employees would have time to develop/enhance relationships, do hobbies, study, rest and relax, and volunteer in the community.
She can go visit her folks. She takes one or two vacations a month.
I just wonder how much happier of a society we would be if we reorganized the way Ami's workplace does?
