So I currently work two jobs. The first one I started a few months ago in person which I’ve been doing great in. 2nd job is remote, I’ve been working here for 3 years, at first it started in person and I’ve been remote for about a year in the evenings. I’ve seen people who come and go but I been with my department the longest (besides my manager). Anyways the new manager who was previously a supervisor has always been on top of everyone’s work making sure we are doing what we suppose to. Lately she’s been sending me emails saying things are unacceptable and I need to read the emails and blah blah .. but honestly I send more then 100 emails a day while everyone else sends like 20! When it was peak season I pulled all the weight at night .. anyways we usually have Friday meetings but today she sent me a text if I can hop on a call today for 15mins, I said sure. But I feel like I might get fired and I never got fired before and I don’t feel like being on a call just to hear them say “sorry we have to let you go cause blah blah” should I just send her a message saying if they going to fire me then I don’t need to join the call and just let me know now?
