As said above im in a bad spot and im already working on finding a new job. The situation is that i work two jobs for one owner under two llcs im forced to do job number one or ill be fired from number two. Job number one im 1099 with no actual contract cause I never signed it wanting to negotiate better pay and the second im w2 will all the paperwork where it needs to be for my employment. What should I do about this situation and what rights do I have in a will to work state? If I quit job 1 and get fired from 2 do I have a case for retaliation or wrongful termination? I'm also in the US.
