I need advice on how to tell my store general manager that the closing manager is abusive towards the me and other cashiers. She doesn’t do her job, ignores when called on the intercom, throws tantrums at me and other cashiers, and gets angry when we ask her to do the bare minimum.
This has reached a boiling point tonight when she demanded that I work off the clock to ring her out after I had clocked out and walked out the door. After I said no she then verbally abused me trying to scare me into doing working off the clock.
Help I really love my job and almost all of the people that I work with, but I can’t take it when my supervisor doesn’t do her job.
I know this isn’t exactly the sun for this but I feel that I would get the best advice from people that have been in this situation before.
