I need help dealing with a “new manager” situation

So I have a contract with this company which states that working hours are fully flexible (remote). It also does not state at all how many hours/days I should work. Recently we got a new manager who insists we work 5 days/week, and each day requires us to post a list of tasks that we completed during the day. Now this doesn't fly with me because some days my work output is 7% , and other days it's 200%. I have a pretty severe case of ADHD so this contract is perfect for me. Today he confronted me (in an e-mail) about this work ethic of mine. I heard he confronted other people too but when someone mentioned the working hours thing he started to use some “company values” bullshit to make the person feel guilty. I'm so shy and generally I'm very passive even when I'm in the right…
