To add some context,I’d been working for this company for 3 months, I wasn’t trained properly and the onboarding was terrible! So I made do with the knowledge I had. I made some mistakes, which my CO literally started shouting and swearing at me! To they sat me down today and sacked me, I’m pretty depressed now. Where I can see my mistakes, I feel a bit of injustice due to the lack of training and support!
