I need some advice for local Walmart workers putting up with I think dangerous conditions.

So the local Walmarts pickup door has been broken for 2 months, they have to use the fire door, they can't keep it open cause management is worried about mice. They told me there are wires hanging from the proper door area. Also any time the fire door closes all the way they have to get management to open it and the alarm goes off, the speaker is tapped but it is still loud and I'd be willing to put money it is above the decibels needed to damage ears with prolonged exposure which they obviously get. Do I just complain to corporate? Do I report to OSHA or something on their behalf? This Walmart is the newest one built perhaps in my state and they really can't fix this door after 2 months? They seemed extremely defeated and only one younger lady who normally picks felt like it was…
