I done a short course (2 days) just to access the agencies services and jobs board. I've applied for maybe 20 jobs and they only actually sent maybe 3 to an employer. Which is absolutely ridiculous.
On top of that they sent me for an interview for a role I really wanted and when I failed because they didn't give me the right information, the woman tried to blame me and not herself and is now playing coy with the interviews phone number because the only real feedback I got was that I “didn't seem to know what the role would entail”. Which I'm not happy with I want more details on the specifics.
Now I need to go in tomorrow to finish off the paperwork but then they'll get a substantial lump sum for me doing the course and any desire to help will just go. I'm pretty nervous already about just not going and getting that inevitable text and phone call and email.
My issue is if I don't go in I can't quiz them on why I haven't been put forward for jobs or get the guys contact details.
