How do you transition from one Field to another? I've been working construction since 2008 and I'm tired of working in my trade and dont want to climb ladders anymore.
I've never had to write a resume, I've worked at a company run by family my whole life. My wife says I've been taken advantage of because I was afraid of letting them down but they are ready to retire and I don't know where to go from here.
I have 0 office experience, didn't go to college and the trade I learned is absolutely miserable.
