I’ve recently downloaded Reddit and have come across a few of the posts here. Just very interested in what this sub stands for.
My background, son of immigrants. I only worked blue collar jobs. Until me and my family bought a company.
Company is a service based in the Midwest.
How many chances do I give before I fire employees?
Example. I got 4 I’m firing. They service 6 locations and 5 of them we ran into these issues
1 Canceled our service
2 Requested to not have these ppl on their account
3 About to cancel service if we don’t remove the crew, if we don’t get all missed things fixed, and if we don’t refund one month of service to them
4 Requested a different crew do to not following protocol
5 Having issues with job being completed
If I’m paying 20hours over time a week each person and they don’t want me to change the schedule.
I provide a company car they take it for 2weeks at a time and I fuel it.
