I put my 2 weeks in!

I've had a job that made ends meet for 2 years. Finding a good stable position has been hard since leaving college so I didn't really mind that I was getting under paid, at first. The person running the company when I hired on was tech savvy and wanted to put tablets in everyone's hands. I was the person they tapped to make the network changes (I work maintenance). It was going well and he promised me a raise. Then he ended up in jail and his nephew took over. I was already friends with him and he promised I would still get a raise after all the work I had done. It was going well and he promised me a raise. Then he ended up in jail and his nephew took over. I made sure he knew I wanted a $3 raise and I wanted to make an impression that I was worth keeping around for a long time. He wasn't interested in expanding the network. So, I finished what I could and carried on.

18 months later I got a $.50 raise. I had started looking for a job months before hand because my manager had started micromanaging me out of nowhere.

Got my offer letter Friday making way more than an extra $3 hourly. Put in my 2 weeks this morning (first time for me). I've got the jitters.
