Hey, I have a bit of a story to tell.
After thinking for a bit over a month to quit my job, because I was feeling tired and burned out, on monday at the end of the day I literally told everyone that this was the last day im coming and i wont come to work anymore. Fast forward to today, they called me and said we should meet to talk. I went there and talked to the owner of the factory and he said he was dissapointed and that he might sue me because i didnt leave my 20 day notice and they cant find anyone to do my job (which is literally drawing stuff in autocad and writing some stuff in excel) also he added that in the last 3 weeks i started doing stuff slower and wrong on purpose which later was dismissed because one of my coleagues took my side and said that was not the case.
I kinda dont wanna deal with anything like that but at the same time i dont want to go back to work there or anything related to that job.
The last thing we talked about was that we should meet again in 2 weeks and talk again.
What should I do? tbh I feel like doing nothing and just wait until we talk again bcs i might sort thing out with him personally.
