I quit my job after finding out that my boss put up a job posting for my specific position behind my back

I started a job very recently that went down the drain within 3 weeks. It’s actually quite funny, the job involves working with a mental health professional who treats employees very poorly. Anyways, I caught my boss doing something illegal (recording clients and myself on phone calls without informing us while we are in a two-party consent state). The phone calls had to be changed to informing clients that they are being recorded. Ever since then, my boss has been extremely passive-aggressive with me especially via email while trying to accuse me of doing unprofessional things and including my coworkers in on the emails, and then getting angrier when I provide evidence that I am, in fact, doing my job correctly.

I still have an Indeed account that occasionally sends me emails of jobs that are a good fit for me based off of my private job profile. Lo and behold, I received an email that I would be a good fit for the very job posting that I had applied to a month ago. To add some context, this is a position that can only be filled by one person at a time, so it wasn’t to add employees to share the workload. After seeing this, I put in my resignation the next day and my boss is freaking out and trying to pile last minute work onto me. I also confirmed with a manager (who helps out with my boss’s Indeed account) that he did list that posting and it wasn’t just a fluke. So now I’m left job hunting but at least I’m not waiting around to get fired.
