I quit my job last September because the more sales I made, the less my commission % was. I tried talking about it to my director but he would not understand why I wasn’t motivated anymore …I Managed to get employment insurance for as long as 35 weeks at 550$/week net. That is because I went to the CEO and ask to put fired instead of quit in the paperwork. It’s been 6 weeks already and I feel it’s been a good move to take some time off, do things I enjoy. In couple of weeks, l’ll start looking for a rewarding, reasonable and fair job with a decent commission plan!
