So it’s been 3 months since I left. I did a huge portion of the workload on our team of 6. After I left my duties got split up between 4 people. Now 3 of those 4 have left. Each one month after the other. I think it’s suffice to say I’m very pleased by this. Edit to add the 1 who didn’t get any of my workload is a trainee and I’m sure he won’t last a year. The others didn’t make it last 7mo
