Today, I rage-quit a job for the first time. And managed to not cry.

My job was doing admin work for an MLM/large company that sells vacuums and sounds like a Nintendo character. Should that have been my first sign? Yes. However, I was telling myself that it was OK bc the product wasn't a piece of shit.

The straw that broke the figurative camel's back was when 1) my boss wouldn't compensate me for my extra work (I made $15/hr,) 2) they got upset that I agreed with them when they said to give them the duties if they “were too much” (they weren't – I just didn't want to do the extra work for no pay,) and 3) they said my opinions didn't matter bc I didn't contribute to the company's main focus.

So, I quit after telling them that I help keep this company together bc I do all the admin and financial work. I then told them to burn in hell.

Don't be like me folks. MLMs are bad and if it seems like Emperor MLM is naked, then he is.

Also, I didn't sign an NDA, so go crazy folks.
