At (redacted) we strive to put the customer at the centre of everything that we do, we look for answers in these sessions that centre around team work and going above and beyond for the customer in front of you and are aligned to our values. Using the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Response) is also a really effective way to share examples of supporting your team and going above and beyond for a customer during an interview.
