Maxment, a U.S. based startup, is in the process of forming 2,000 local business referral groups on Facebook for its 2,000 U.S. Realtor clients from 2,000 U.S. cities.
It follows the BNI.com business model which has 10,000 business referral groups in the U.S. and 100 other countries.
For each local group, Maxment signs up 50 home service professionals (homepros) from one city so they can refer business to our Realtor client & to each other.
For each group, it hires 3 job roles:
—Cold Email Marketer (CEM) role is to sign up a total of 50 home service professionals for the group from one city on YELP.com by sending 10 ‘group joining invitation’ emails per week (by using our template). After that if any member drops out, CEM signs up a new member.
—Facebook Group Admin role is to manage a 50-member referral group on FB & to make sure business members are following group rules. (For female only)
—Accountant role is to track referrals & payments of 50 business members in a local group using our provided CRM & Accounting software.
No experience is required. Free one week online training is provided.
EARNING:
Once your group reaches 50 members, as per national average, it should generate $500,000/month referral business.
If you decide to join us in any one of the 3 roles, you’ll earn 0.2% of $500,000 or $1,000/month on a long term basis.
