I recorded a 30 min phone call of my ex employer attempting to force me to work on hazardous conditions.

A year and a half ago I quit a job where my employer tried to talk me into driving around on ice covered roads, in a van with smooth tires, to go fix his hvac unit. I attempted to talk him thru the steps to diagnose the issue. Once I did that it became a real issue with him. He began to degrade me and hold over my head the fact of times I had to take off/leave work early to watch my son or take my SO to the hospital (she has been battling bladder cancer at 36yo). When I picked up my last check and dropped off my van they gave me a copy of the clause that makes it where we can’t say anything bad about the company for 2years (weird thing the address and court is for FL and we’re in TN). So I ran the audio thru ableton and cleaned it up as much as I could. When the two years mark hits (actually on my birthday) I will be unlocking the recording and I’ve also got it chopped up for a sample pack to sell online. In the audio he vocally said (with a witness) it was ok for me to record.
