In my letter I listed the reasons I would deserve a raise : achieved 150% sales target in year 1, 110% year 2 and also helped manage other regions to achieve a better performance by co-managing with the sales. I listed the innovative processes I put in place for better workflow.
And this is the answer I get, I don't know how to respond. My work bestie quit two weeks ago, and I'm looking at other opportunities already but have nothing aligned just yet. This is so depressing…
